WYNField ("the App") is a field operations application for electrical power distribution monitoring and control, provided for use by authorized personnel. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.
Account information. When you sign in, we collect your name, email address, and role/permissions assigned by your organization, used to authenticate you and control access to features.
Location information. With your permission, the App collects precise (GPS) and approximate device location to display your position relative to field assets such as feeders, switches, and meters on the map, and to support field navigation and asset mapping.
Device and push notification information. We collect a device push-notification token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) to deliver alerts such as fault notifications and maintenance updates. Basic device and app information (device model, OS version, app version) may be collected for diagnostics.
Operational data. Actions you take in the App — such as switch/feeder control commands, fault reports, and maintenance records — are logged for operational auditing, safety, and accountability.

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted network connections (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
Account and operational data are retained for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet operational, audit, and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
You can disable location permissions and notification permissions at any time through your device settings; doing so may limit certain App features (such as map positioning or alerts). You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us below.
The App is intended for use by authorized adult field and operations personnel and is not directed to children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
